obtained appraisal committee's consent .by her splendid individual

leader of information security market as well as the significant

 influence on the domestic mobile phone industry.

Under the leadership of Ms. Li Ming, HTW avoids the fierce 

price competition in the current mobile phone industry, by 

focusing on digging and satisfying the consumer's under-served 

needs. In recently years, the mobile phone market is saturated, 

and the competition is exceptionally intensive. Under these 

circumstances, Ms. Li Ming realizes that the key to win is to 

truly understand and satisfy consumers' needs, but not to 

impractically upgrade the hardware, and even to mislead 

consumers' psychology and behavior. Therefore, HTW's 

definition of innovation is not the new technology or the new 

product itself, but the creative application of new technology 

to satisfy consumer's needs, which is also constituted HTW's 

core competitive advantage. HTW has surmounted traditional 

competition on products, prices and production capacity, and
