president of Hi-Tech Wealth, Ms. Li Ming won the award of 

the China "2006 Top 10 Economy Women".

Since 2003, "China Top 10 Economy Women" has been the 

only election for successful career women in the economy 

related fields. Therefore, it has been the most creditable 

and influential election for economy women and received 

the most media focus. Its candidates are mainly female 

government officials, scholars, entrepreneurs and ordinary 

career women in economy occupations. After preliminary 

selection, 302 candidates from 31 provinces and autonomy 

regions run for the election held in Beijing. 

The appraisal committee agreed that Ms. Li Ming has 

successfully lead HTW to create the third market segment 

of "information security", after music phone and video phone 

segment in the Chinese mobile phone market. She is the
