Harbin Daily new paper organized a survey including 1000 high end smart 

phone users. Among all the functions that they dislike, the complicated 

operation ranks the first, 90% of the participants think at least 80% functions 

are useless, and they have never used them; Hand-writing recognization ranked 

No. 2, 93% of them are not satisfied with this function of their phone; the 

third dislike function is the search function, when the name cards are over 400, 

searching becomes very difficult. In addition, most participates hope to have the 

information safety, and anti-disturbing functions.

From the survey made by the Harbin Daily new paper, we come to such an 

astonishing conclusion: except for the brand name and price, customers are 

not satisfied with all other aspects. In order words, customers are not 

benefiting from the MP3, MP4 and the digital camera as we expect them should 

have.
